Additional Information
- A €100.00 administration fee will be held for cancellations received in writing prior to 4 September 2009.

NO REFUNDS will be issued for cancellations received after 4 September 2009.

If you do not attend the conference for any reason, only the CD with the proceedings will be sent to your mail address upon request.

The book of proceedings is Extra - the CD-ROM contains all published papers from the conference.
